Payment Guidelines
Investment Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to secure the booking, which goes towards the total balance.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the photoshoot or event.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp, Cash
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the session, they must provide at least 3 days notice. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a one-time rescheduled session within 6 month.
Model Image Release
The client grants 27Dreams Co. the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio displays, website, and social media, unless otherwise stated.
Image Rights and Usage
The photographer retains copyright to all images produced during the session. The client may use the images for personal use and may share them on social media with credit to 27Dreams Co. The client agrees not to edit or alter the images in any way.
Travel Fees
Sessions and events outside of Montgomery are subject to a travel fee of $0.72 per mile, calculated round-trip and added to the session total.
For multi-location sessions or extended travel, additional fees may apply and will be communicated prior to booking.
Late Fee Policy
1. Grace Period
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all sessions. If you arrive within this timeframe, no additional charges will be applied.
2. Late Fees
• 11-20 Minutes Late: $25 late fee
• 21-30 Minutes Late: $50 late fee
3. Sessions Over 30 Minutes Late
• If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion.
• In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited, or a $50 rescheduling fee will apply to secure a new date.
4. Communication is Key
• If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on my schedule, I may accommodate delays, but late fees will still apply as outlined above.
5. Impact on Session Time
• Any delay will reduce your session time accordingly. For example, arriving 15 minutes late to a 1-hour session will result in a 45-minute session.

When and how will I recieve my images?
Unedited Images with watermark or sent 1-3 days following the photo session.
Once a favorites selections has been made and your photographer has been notified, the edited images will be sent 7-14 business days Most times they will be back sooner. Depending on the work load. You have an option to pay a rush edit fee if you would like them sooner. You will receive a Pixieset Album link or WeTransfer File link for larger files).
How can the final payment be made?
The final payment can be cash, CashApp , or ApplePay.
