Payment Guidelines
Investment Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to secure the booking, which goes towards the total balance. Studio fee, if applicable, must be submitted with the retainer.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the photoshoot or event.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp, Cash
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ written notice. The new session date must occur within six (6) months of the original booking.
Requests made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book a new date.
Retainers are non-refundable and secure your reserved session time.
Model Image Release
The client grants 27Dreams Co. the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio displays, website, and social media, unless otherwise stated.
Image Rights and Usage
The photographer retains copyright to all images produced during the session. The client may use the images for personal use and may share them on social media with credit to 27Dreams Co. The client agrees not to edit or alter the images in any way.
Travel Fees
Sessions and events outside of Montgomery are subject to a travel fee of $0.72 per mile, calculated round-trip and added to the session total.
For multi-location sessions or extended travel, additional fees may apply and will be communicated prior to booking.
Late Fee Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your photoshoot, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Be mindful that the delay with reduce your session time. I may not be able to accomodate extensions depending on scheduling and your session will conclude at the initially scheduled time. Please let me know your expected arrival time if you are running late as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, your session may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of 27Dreams Co.
In such cases, the retainer will be forfeited, or a $50 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new date.
FAQ
Q: How many outfits and locations can I use?
A: Mini sessions allow one outfit and one location. Signature and Visionary sessions allow multiple outfits and up to two locations, depending on session length.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes, you absolutely can. Additional edited images are available for $15 per image for most sessions.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Yes, here at 27Dreams Co. we pride ourselves on making the client feel at home and in their element. You will be just fine!
Do you offer studio sessions?
Yes, studio rental is available for $60/hour, and the fee amount must be submitted with your retainer.
When and how will I recieve my images?
Unedited Images with watermark are sent 1-2 days following the photo session. Once your favorites are selected and your photographer has been notified, the edited images will be sent within 7-14 business days. Most times they will be back sooner. You have an option to pay a rush edit fee if you would like them sooner. You will receive a Pixieset digital album or WeTransfer file link for larger files.
How can the final payment be made?
The final payment can be cash, CashApp, or ApplePay, and must be paid before or at the time of the session.
